Choose a location and route for cross-border access

View All Routes →

VPNCross covers 90+ countries and 190+ routes. When choosing a route, first check the location requirements of the site you want to visit, then consider how it connects on your current network. Nearby locations can be a good starting point for everyday browsing. For region-specific content, follow the target service’s regional rules. A route name indicates its exit location, while its type describes how the connection gets there; consider both together.

The table below shows example locations and route types in the client window, not a complete list of available routes. Direct, relay and IEPL dedicated routes suit different use cases, and the name alone does not determine speed. After setup, test familiar sites for page loading, video playback and file transfers, then keep the route that works for you. Streaming catalogs and access depend on platform rules, account region and the actual exit location.

Routes, privacy and subscription terms

Choosing a subscription service involves more than comparing the number of locations. Consider everyday usability, device sharing, how data is counted and how issues are handled before you start. Select a topic below to learn about VPNCross’s service and its limits.

Peak hours: focus on consistent performance

Video buffering, slow page loads and interrupted downloads can be caused by congestion at different points. When choosing a route, look beyond whether the first connection succeeds and observe how it performs during the hours you usually go online. VPNCross offers locations and route types to help you adapt to your network. Start with one location, compare direct, relay and dedicated routes, then choose an everyday connection. The illustrative window is not a performance guarantee; actual speeds also depend on your local network and the target service.

One subscription for desktop and mobile

View Setup Guide →

The client establishes the connection; the subscription makes the routes available to it. Sign in to get your subscription from the user panel; installation packages and subscription URLs are not provided on marketing pages. You can get the client after signing in, except on iOS, where an active plan is required for downloads. All platform links below lead to the user panel. Choose the client for your device and follow the panel instructions to import it.

For your first setup, save your username and password, get the subscription, and allow the system to add the required connection configuration. Once imported, choose a location in the client, connect and test a familiar website. When the route list changes, update the existing subscription rather than adding every route again. If import fails, check that you copied the full link and that your client supports the subscription format. See the setup guide for detailed steps.

Monthly plans for different data needs

View All Plans →

Estimate how you use everyday browsing, AI tools and video, then choose a data tier. Device count does not determine the tier; every monthly plan supports unlimited simultaneous devices. If you often stream video or transfer files, pay closer attention to your data allowance than a light web user would. Choose a plan that fits your actual habits.

Light Use

Monthly · 60GB

¥9.9/month

For users who mainly browse websites, read documents and use everyday tools, and are happy to check their remaining data regularly. If you stream often, monitor usage before changing tiers.

  • 60GB per month
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 60-day refund
Choose This Plan
Everyday Mixed Use

Monthly · 250GB

¥18/month

For everyday use across websites, AI tools and video. Multiple devices share the same allowance. Check your remaining data in the panel to see whether the plan fits your habits.

  • 250GB per month
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 60-day refund
Choose This Plan
Higher Data Needs

Monthly · 500GB

¥28/month

For data-intensive use such as video streaming and file downloads. A larger allowance does not guarantee network speed; your local network and selected route still matter.

  • 500GB per month
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 60-day refund

Irregular use? Consider a data package

Data packages never expire; use until depleted: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They suit users with an irregular schedule who prefer to plan access around data usage. Monthly plans and data packages are billed differently, so compare how often you use the service, not just the amount of a single payment.

Payments are supported by Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Confirm plan allowances, billing and payment details in the user panel. Before choosing, read the full plan descriptions and Terms of Service.

FAQ

What to check before getting started

No email required: how do I create and secure an account?
Create an account with a username and password; no email address is needed. Save your login details securely after creating the account rather than relying only on your browser’s temporary memory. Use the same user panel to get subscriptions, check orders and submit tickets. When sharing screenshots, hide account details, payment records and subscription links. A subscription link is not an ordinary webpage bookmark and should not be shared publicly.
Does unlimited simultaneous use also mean unlimited data?
Simultaneous devices are unlimited, but data use is subject to the selected plan’s allowance. Usage on computers and mobile devices sharing an account counts toward the same allowance. Monthly plan data resets on the activation date; data packages never expire and can be used until depleted. When choosing a plan, consider how you use all your devices, especially for video and file transfers.
Why can’t I open a site after importing the subscription?
A successful import means the client has received the route configuration; you still need to connect and select a suitable route. Check your local network first, then confirm that the subscription is up to date, system connection permissions are allowed and the target application is using the client. If other sites work but one service does not, check its account or regional notices. Avoid changing every setting at once; checking one thing at a time makes the cause easier to find.
Can I use it for AI tools and streaming?
Choose an international route for network access to AI tools and streaming services. Availability depends on the target platform’s rules, account region and exit location. This service does not include third-party memberships or API credits. Video quality and playback continuity also depend on your local network and the platform, so test on your own device. Developers should check their API application's connection settings separately.
Which payment methods are supported, and where can I find refund details?
Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported, and a 60-day refund is available. Before paying, check the plan name, data allowance and billing method. Submit a refund request through a ticket in the user panel; full terms are in the Terms of Service. For connection questions, consult the guides and Technical Reference first. When submitting a ticket, include your device platform, selected route and error message, but do not attach your full subscription link.
